This
is a printout from late in the production of 405. This sheet was used
as a worksheet to check off and keep track of the final notes, changes,
and finishes that needed to be addressed. It is interesting to note
that some of the things the filmmakers wished to add were not, in
fact, ever finished. (The inflatable slides in scene 62 for example)
